新加坡央行行长表示，尽管美国失去了AAA最高等级的信用评级，美元计价资产仍具有“持久优势”，在全球金融体系中依然几乎无可替代。

　　“美元资产在金融系统中仍是占主导地位的安全资产，根深蒂固，”新加坡金融管理局局长Chia Der Jiun周二在卡塔尔经济论坛上表示，“28万亿美元的美国国债市场是全球金融体系的基石与系统性要素，在这一点上没有替代选项。”

　　Chia表示，随着市场参与者消化最新进展，短期内可能出现波动，但他对美元资产相对稳定的前景持乐观态度。

　　市场关注的因素包括美国经济增长放缓和通胀上升的前景，以及财政轨迹和政策的线索，这些线索可能会强化这种信心。

　　“亚洲投资者普遍超配美国资产 —— 事实上，大部分持仓都没有对冲 —— 因此，市场情绪或对走向的解读有所变化可能会引发过度反应，”Chia表示。
