人民财讯5月20日电，宁德时代(300750)5月20日晚间公告，公司本次全球发售H股总数为1.36亿股（行使超额配售权之前），其中，香港公开发售1016.84万股，约占全球发售总数的7.5%（行使超额配售权之前）；国际发售1.25亿股，约占全球发售总数的92.5%（行使超额配售权之前）。根据每股H股发售价263港元计算，经扣除全球发售相关承销佣金及其他估计费用后，并假设超额配售权未获行使，公司将收取的全球发售所得款项净额估计约为353.31亿港元。经香港联交所批准，公司本次发行的1.36亿股H股股票（行使超额配售权之前）于5月20日在香港联交所主板挂牌并上市交易。公司H股股票中文简称为“宁德时代”，英文简称为“CATL”，股份代号为“3750”。
