中联发展控股附属公司拟与中集集电共建氢气合营企业
5月19日，中联发展控股（00264）发布公告，宣布其间接非全资附属公司法氢新能源（深圳）有限公司与中集集电（广东）科技发展有限公司签订了一项不具法律约束力的策略框架协议，旨在共同开展氢气相关业务，计划成立合营企业。根据协议，法氢深圳附属公司将持有合营企业51%的权益，而策略伙伴将持有49%的权益。
本公司表示，合营企业将专注于小立方米阴离子交换膜（AEM）电解器的技术测试及试产。法氢深圳附属公司拥有先进的AEM水电解制氢技术，而策略伙伴在碱性电解器及整合式制氢系统方面具备丰富的经验。双方希望通过各自的技术知识实现协同效应，进一步提升在市场中的地位。
虽然合营企业的成立尚不确定，但公司提醒股东和投资者在买卖股份时应保持谨慎。公司将遵守相关证券上市规则，适时发布进一步公告。
