Astaka (SGX:42S) commenced the construction of Arden, a premium serviced residence at One Bukit Senyum in Malaysia, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The 68-story skyscraper which will stand 260 meters above ground, is expected to be the second tallest building in Johor Bahru.
The freehold development has a gross development value of 800 million ringgit and comprises 618 residential units.
