　　京基金融国际（01468）公布，董事会建议将公司英文名称由“Kingkey Financial International （Holdings） Limited”更改为Jakota Capital （Holding） Group，并采纳中文名称“嘉高达资本（控股）集团”作为公司的新第二名称，以取代现有中文第二名称“京基金融国际（控股）有限公司”。
