智通财经APP获悉，同源康医药-B(02410)早盘涨超8%，截至发稿，涨4.16%，报22.55港元，成交额2042.38万港元。
消息面上，同源康医药-B发布公告，公司的H股已获选纳入恒生生物科技指数成份股，自2025年6月9日起生效。董事会认为，公司被纳入恒生生物科技指数成份股，反映了资本市场对公司业务表现及增长前景的认可。董事会相信，此举将有助于扩大公司股东基础，提升H股的交易流动性，并进一步增强公司的声誉及品牌知名度。
此外，上周末证监会发布《关于修改＜上市公司重大资产重组管理办法＞的决定》。同源康医药-B近期宣布，拟出资1800万元参设基金。基金将主要专注于生物医药行业的早期发展项目，同时亦会考虑成长期的生物医药项目。基金将遵循结合风险投资、私募股权投资及并购投资的投资策略，其投资领域将包括医药生物科技、医疗卫生服务、医疗器械产品及相关领域的公司，包括位于集团产业链上下游的公司。
