智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，5月19日，HSSP INTL(03626)股东将股票由发利证券转入第一上海证券公司，转仓市值10.81亿港元，占比75.33%。
此前，HSSP INTL发布公告称，控股股东向要约人Wade Investment SPC Ltd出售1.38亿股，相当于全部已发行股份的75%，总代价为1.95亿港元，相当于每股待售股份约1.413港元。要约人将按每股1.414港元就其余股提出强制性无条件现金要约，要约价较停牌前报价1.05港元溢价34.67%，涉及4600万股，最高付款责任将为6504.4万港元。要约人无意将集团私有化并拟维持股份于联交所之上市地位。
