5月19日，据新华社报道，法国参议院调查委员会公布了一项针对“巴黎水”（Perrier）矿泉水产品丑闻的调查报告。报告显示，“巴黎水”的生产商——总部位于瑞士的雀巢公司存在消费者欺诈行为，法国政府有关部门监管不力甚至涉嫌蓄意包庇企业，包括帮助掩盖水源污染情况、放宽矿泉水处理标准等。

　　2024年初，法国媒体曝光“巴黎水”丑闻，称该品牌在法国的水厂在水源受污染后，以紫外线、活性炭等原用于自来水的消毒工艺对其进行非法处理，产品既不符合“天然矿泉水”标准，也存在健康风险，因为污染物中包含大肠杆菌、肠球菌等源自粪便的细菌。法国参议院于2024年底成立专项委员会对此展开调查，并于本月19日公布了被法国媒体称为“爆炸性”“骇人听闻”的调查报告。

　　报告说，雀巢公司相关部门2020年就发现其位于法国的部分矿泉水工厂存在非法水处理行为，2021年开始接触法国政府有关部门，并提出改造计划，包括对部分“维护较好”水井的水使用精细微滤技术消毒，以生产带有“天然矿泉水”标签的产品；对部分“老化严重”的水井进行改造，转为生产不带“天然矿泉水”标签的饮用水，并用于生产“氼颂家巴黎水”品牌系列饮品。
