BlockBeats News, May 20th, according to Cointelegraph, Indonesian fintech company DigiAsia announced a $100 million Bitcoin investment plan. Its board approved the establishment of a Bitcoin reserve, committing to use 50% of net profits to purchase BTC, and plans to raise $100 million as seed funding through convertible bonds or crypto financial instruments.
DigiAsia's stock FAAS surged 91% to $0.36 at the day's close, then fell 22% in after-hours trading.
