金吾财讯 | 5月LPR下调10BP，惟内房股走势仍偏软，远洋集团(03377)跌2.73%，世茂集团(00813)跌2.53%，越秀地产(00123)跌2.19%，金辉控股(09993)跌2.16%，富力地产(02777)跌2.08%，碧桂园(02007)跌1.26%。中泰国际表示，虽然5月初中央推出多项支持房地产市场措施，但是近周新房及土地成交量依然同比下跌，表现欠理想。虽然如此，一线城市新房成交量保持同比增长，商品房存销比整体也环比下降。目前数字好坏参半，暂欠明确信息。内房港股投资方面，我们维持选取国企开发商。
