Three Singapore companies have expressed an interest to invest in the Johor-Singapore Special Economic Zone, according to a statement by Maybank, as cited by Business Times on Monday.
Thomson Medical Group (SGX:A50), Centurion Corp. (SGX:OU8) and Alpine Renewables and Edible Oils have sent letters of intent to set up facilities in the economic zone, the report said.
Under the LOIs, the three companies are interested in investing a combine 2.35 billion ringgit over the next three years, the report added.
