Business process outsourcing company HOV Services (NSE:HOVS, BOM:532761) said its Hong Kong-based wholly-owned subsidiary HOVS Holdings has been dissolved, effective May 16, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.
In August 2024, the company's board approved the dissolution of HOVS Holdings as it was non-operational.
