【环球网科技综合报道】5月20日，据《华尔街日报》报道，全球人工智能芯片巨头英伟达（Nvidia）计划在中国上海设立研发中心，以深化本土化研发能力。

对此，英伟达方面向媒体回应称，公司正在为现有员工租用一个新的办公空间，这是其在中国持续深耕市场的举措之一。同时，英伟达也强调将遵守当前的出口管制规定。

2024年，中国市场占英伟达全球营收的14%（约170亿美元），但其核心产品如H100芯片因出口限制无法直接对华销售。为弥补这一缺口，英伟达推出“特供版”H20芯片，但该产品性能仅为H100的三分之一，且因市场竞争力不足面临库存积压风险。英伟达CEO黄仁勋多次公开强调中国市场的重要性，预计未来两到三年内，中国AI芯片市场规模有望达到500亿美元。

据此前外媒报道，知情人士透露，英伟达上海研发中心将聚焦三大核心方向：

定制化产品开发：针对中国客户的具体需求，参与芯片设计验证与产品优化，例如开发符合出口管制要求的高带宽内存（HBM）容量较低的替代芯片L20；

全球研发协同：承担自动驾驶、智能驾驶系统等前沿技术的研发任务，并与英伟达全球研发网络（如美国圣克拉拉总部、西雅图机器人实验室）形成联动；

本土生态合作：加强与中国高校、科研机构及企业的技术合作，例如优化英伟达CUDA软件系统在中国市场的兼容性，并推动自动驾驶芯片与理想、长城等车企的联合研发。

截至目前，英伟达尚未公布上海研发中心的具体规模、投资金额及时间表。（青山）
