Mold-Tek Packaging's Sales Volume Growth Expected to Accelerate -- Market Talk

0623 GMT - Mold-Tek Packaging's sales volume growth rate is expected to accelerate over next few quarters, Axis Securities analysts say in a research report. New production capacities and products in segments, including food and fast-moving consumer goods, are expected to begin contributing significantly, the analysts say. Management is targeting revenue of INR300 million-INR350 million from the pharma segment, supported by its planned capacity expansion and production diversification, the analysts note. The Indian plastic packaging manufacturer is also focusing on higher utilization and improved product mix to achieve its target EBITDA/kilogram of INR41-INR42 by FY 2026. The brokerage raises the stock's target price to INR660.00 from INR600.00 with an unchanged buy rating. Shares are 7.1% higher at INR605.40. (ronnie.harui@wsj.com)
