5月20日，宁德时代正式在港交所上市，首日股价高开12.55%，报296港元/股，稍后回落至294港元/股，涨幅仍达11.79%。

此次IPO发售价为263港元/股，发行规模1.18亿股，预计募资40亿至50亿美元，主要用于匈牙利项目建设，彰显其全球新能源领域领先地位。

2024年宁德时代营收3620.13亿元，归母净利润507.45亿元，同比增长15.01%；2025年第一季度营收847.05亿元，归母净利润139.63亿元，同比增长32.85%。

截至发稿，宁德时代股价报297.4港元，涨幅13.08%。
