金吾财讯 | 据港交所5月19日披露，富卫集团有限公司向港交所主板提交上市申请，摩根士丹利、高盛为联席保荐人。公司是一家迅速增长的泛亚洲人寿保险公司，采用以客为先及数码赋能的模式。公司于2013年由李泽楷先生成立，愿景是开辟属于公司的道路，以期成为亚洲新一代保险公司。富卫矢志“创造保险新体验”。公司建立了与公司愿景一致的领导团队及文化。根据NMG的资料，公司目前市场的人寿保险总承保保费预计将由2023年的约4,070亿美元增长至2033年的5,790亿美元，提供了庞大市场机遇。财务方面，于2022年、2023年、2024年截至12月31日止年度，公司净保险及投资业绩收入分别约为4.93亿元(美元，下同)、4700万元、9.11亿元；对应同期，年内净利润/亏损分别为(3.2)亿元、(7.17)亿元、1000万元。
