Charisma Energy Signs Supplemental Agreements to Subscription Agreement

Charisma Energy (SGX:5QT) signed supplemental agreements in connection with a conditional subscription agreement and a convertible loan agreement, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.
The amendments include aligning the new conditional subscription agreement with a whitewash waiver granted by the code on takeovers and mergers.
In a filing from January 2023, the company had entered into a new subscription agreement with Yin Khing Investments, pursuant to which the latter would subscribe to ordinary shares in the company amounting to about SG$13.6 million.
