JinkoSolar Holdings Company Ltd., a leading solar module manufacturer, has announced the launch of its EAGLE® Preserve Program, the first module stewardship initiative to receive approval from the Washington State Department of Ecology. This program, set to commence on July 1, 2025, provides a turnkey solution for the recycling of end-of-life solar modules in Washington. It aims to ensure that solar power components are sustainably disassembled, repurposed, or recycled in compliance with state laws that have been in place for nearly a decade. The program will initially serve commercial, industrial, and utility project sites, with opportunities for other manufacturers to join and offer similar services.
