Ermelinda Berberi has been appointed as the new Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Treasurer, succeeding Wilbur Paes. Timothy Dembo has been named Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary, taking over from Gage Johnson. These appointments are effective immediately as the company continues to explore strategic alternatives to maximize shareholder value.
