　　观点网讯：5月19日，据上海证券交易所信息披露，中国国际金融股份有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行科技创新公司债券项目更新为“已受理”。

　　观点新媒体了解到，该债券发行人是中国国际金融股份有限公司，拟发行总额达人民币100亿元，债券品种为公募，承销商包括华泰联合证券、中信建投证券、银河证券。目前，此债券项目已获上交所更新反馈，受理日期是2025年05月06日。
