智通财经APP讯，龙资源(01712)及要约人WAH CHEONG DEVELOPMENT (B.V.I.) LIMITED联合公布，万基证券将代表要约人，提出收购所有要约股份的要约，每股要约股份现金2.60港元，较于最后交易日在联交所所报的每股龙资源股份收市价2.67港元折让约2.62%。要约人根据要约可收购的最高龙资源股份数目为约1.11亿股要约股份。
于本联合公告日期，要约人及其一致行动人士持有51,441,727股龙资源股份(包括 Allied Properties、长原先生、Dew先生及杨先生分别持有的46,877,727股龙资源股 份、4,334,000股龙资源股份、220,000股龙资源股份及10,000股龙资源股份)，占龙资源已发行股份总数约32.54%。于本联合公告日期，除158,096,613股龙资源股份外，龙资源并无其他有关证券。
据悉，要约人为联合集团(00373)的间接全资附属公司。
联合集团(00373)、亚太资源(01104)及龙资源(01712)已向联交所申请，自2025年5月20日上午九时正起恢复联合集团、亚太资源及龙资源的证券于联交所的买卖。
