智通财经APP获悉，国际博彩科技公司(IGT.US)于周一宣布，由其牵头的财团成功获得意大利博彩业监管局颁发的意大利乐透彩票牌照。该牌照有效期长达九年，直至 2034 年 11 月。LottoItalia 财团成员涵盖国际博彩科技、Allwyn、Arianna 2001 以及 Novomatic Italia。
此次财团的投标方案中包含了一笔高达 22.3 亿欧元的前期许可费，该费用需从中标之日起至 2026 年 4 月期间分三期完成支付。据财团当前预计，2025 年将支付前两期款项，分别为 5 亿欧元和 3 亿欧元，剩余款项则计划于 2026 年付清。
对此，国际博彩科技首席执行官文斯・萨杜斯基(Vince Sadusky)表示：“我们投入 22.3 亿欧元的前期费用，充分彰显了新牌照所蕴含的巨大价值。国际博彩科技公司坚信，这笔投资将显著提升我们的收入和利润潜力。”
他还强调，随着新牌照正式生效，公司计划推出的一系列创新产品和新举措有望推动乐透投注增长。“此外，我们还计划大幅提高 iLottery (线上乐透)的销售额，并借此积极拓展意大利的 B2C iCasino(在线娱乐场)、体育博彩以及其他数字游戏业务。” 萨杜斯基补充说道。
受该消息影响，截至发稿，国际博彩科技的股价在盘前交易中涨近4%。
