北京燃气蓝天附属公司与新奥新能源签署合资协议成立新公司
北京燃气蓝天（06828）发布公告，北燃能源（北京燃气蓝天控股有限公司全资附属公司）与北京新奥新能源于2025年5月19日签署合资公司合作协议，决定成立合资公司，注册资本为8000万元，其中北燃能源占51%，北京新奥新能源占49%。合资公司旨在从事综合能源服务业务，包括项目设计、投资、建设、运营及节能服务等。
此次合资公司合作协议的签署构成公司一项须予披露交易，因其适用百分比率超过25%。合资公司的董事会将由3名董事组成，北燃能源将提名2名，其他1名由北京新奥新能源提名。合资公司将成为公司的附属公司，其账目将纳入公司综合财务报表。根据公告，合资公司成立后，将在市场监督管理局注册，预计将推动公司的业务多元化发展及可持续增长。
