由于有关选举黎家凤为董事的第3(C)项决议案已于股东周年大会上获正式通过，黎女士已获委任为独立非执行董事，自股东周年大会结束后生效，以填补因陈女士退任而产生的空缺。同时，黎女士已获任命接替陈女士于提名委员会、审核委员会以及企业管治委员会的职位。
