谊砾控股(00076.HK) 公布，全资附属谊砾石墨于今日(20日)与Goldpay和澳门莲花卫视订立商业合作合约。谊砾石墨将担任顾问方，而Goldpay则担任发行方，发行一款实用代币性质的加密货币，该实用代币的使用区域和服务对象为莲花卫视所用卫星覆盖的国家和那些地区的用户。
用户可用此实用代币兑换莲花卫视之广告时段，在莲花卫视24小时播出的web3专题节目中成为特约赞助商，以及在莲花俱乐部商场内购买商品。
