智通财经APP讯，白云山(00874)发布公告，近日，广州白云山医药集团股份有限公司(以下简称“公司”)子公司广西白云山盈康药业有限公司(以下简称“广西盈康”)已通过高新技术企业重新认定，并收到由广西壮族自治区科学技术厅、广西壮族自治区财政厅、国家税务总局广西壮族自治区税务局联合颁发的《高新技术企业证书》。
广西盈康通过高新技术企业认定后，根据国家的相关规定，自获得高新技术企业认定后连续三年内(2024年、2025年和2026年)可享受国家关于高新技术企业的相关优惠政策，即按15%的税率缴纳企业所得税。2024年公司已按照15%的所得税税率计缴该公司所得税。本次广西盈康获得《高新技术企业证书》不会对公司当期经营业绩产生重大影响。
