晨报讯（记者 叶子申）近日，《2025年数字福建工作要点》印发，提出围绕数字化全面赋能这条主线，聚焦服务政府、社会、市场三大主体，实施五大行动，扎实推进数字中国建设综合试点。
方案有多项重要任务提及厦门，涉及数字基础能力提升、数字科技创新和产业创新深度融合、数字赋能社会发展工程等。提升网络基础设施能力方面，福建启动“万兆筑城”计划，推进福州、厦门、泉州等重点城市全光万兆建设实施。
提升算力基础设施能力方面，福建依托数字福建（长乐、安溪）产业园，推进福州（含平潭）、泉州、厦门等地建设省级高性能绿色数据中心集群，加快推进平潭海峡两岸智算中心等项目实施，力争全省算力规模达到6000P。
赋能传统产业转型升级方面，福建推动福州、厦门、泉州、龙岩开展国家中小企业数字化转型试点城市建设，打造一批“链式”中小企业转型模式，分行业打造20个数字化标杆企业或案例。
此外，在系统完善数字社会治理方面，统筹推动各地开展城市运管服（COM）平台、城市信息模型（CIM）平台等建设，支持厦门等拓展CIM+应用场景。
