消息面上，加科思公告称，SHP2抑制剂SITNEPROTAFIB联用研究数据发表于学术期刊。目前公司正在开展SITNEPROTAFIB与戈来雷塞联用的III期临床试验，这标志着SITNEPROTAFIB是全球首个进入III期临床试验的SHP2抑制剂。
太平洋证券此前指出，2024年5月公司提交戈来雷塞治疗2线KRAS G12C+非小上市申请，预计25Q2可获批上市并获得一笔研发里程碑费用。基于安全性优势(3级TRAE低于竞品)和合作伙伴艾力斯在肺癌的销售优势，该行预测戈来雷塞销售峰值为11亿元。此外戈来雷塞的1 线非小3期和胰腺癌/泛癌种关键临床已启动，有望于26H2完成入组。
