消息面上，喜相逢集团发布公告，集团全资附属公司喜相逢低空综合服务(福建)有限公司已于2025年4月正式取得营业执照，标志着公司正式进入低空经济领域。根据集团公告，新公司将围绕低空经济相关综合服务、无人机销售及融资租赁等业务开展，并计划适时投资优质无人机相关企业，逐步完善在无人机产业链的战略布局。
董事会认为，低空经济行业具有庞大的市场潜力，“无人机+”应用逐渐落地，在物流、清洗、植保、救援、航测、巡检等应用领域有着广阔的市场需求。集团将提供无人机销售业务、无人机短期、长期租赁服务等多样化的供应链服务解决方案，以满足“无人机+”各应用领域用户的需求。此外，集团将适时投资优质的无人机相关企业，战略性布局无人机产业链。集团将以上述无人机业务为切入点积极进军低空经济领域。
