B. Riley Financial's top finance executive, Phillip Ahn, is leaving the financial-services company to pursue another opportunity.
B. Riley on Monday said Scott Yessner will succeed Ahn as chief financial officer on June 3.
Yessner has served as a strategic adviser to the Los Angeles company for the past two months and previously served as finance chief of California Expanded Metal Products, B. Riley said.
Ahn joined B. Riley in 2010 and has served as chief financial and operating officer since April 2013.
