智通财经APP讯，百果园集团(02411)公布，董事会已于2025年5月20日审议和批准实行H股全流通的建议，即是将公司的全部现有非上市股份(即85,448,554股非上市股份)转换为公司H股(H股全流通)。完成有关备案并取得所有相关批准(包括中国证监会备案)及符合所有适用法例、规则及条例后，该等非上市股份将转换为H股。公司亦会向联交所申请批准该等H股在联交所主板上市及买卖。
