消息面上，科伦博泰生物此前发布公告，公司已获得美国FDA批准启动其创新抗体偶联药物(ADC)药物SKB518临床研究的新药临床试验(IND)申请。于2024年6月，公司收到国家药品监督管理局药品审评中心批准SKB518用于晚期实体瘤的IND申请的临床试验通知书。SKB518的1期临床试验正在中国进行中。
交银国际研报指，科伦博泰生物核心品种“芦康沙妥珠”对比另两款已上市同靶同机制竞品，在分子设计和临床数据上有明显优势。中国以外，默沙东正快速推进约14项III期研究，涵盖多种存在巨大未满足治疗需求的瘤种。该行预计，“芦康沙妥珠”中国内地和海外销售峰值将分别超过50亿人民币及40亿美元。公司整体正处于从生物科技企业向综合性生物医药平台进化的关键拐点，并可能在两年后迎来经营层面的盈亏平衡。
