　　鑫苑服务（01895）公布，于2025年5月19日，该集团若干成员公司与相关鑫苑地产公司订立了资产抵偿协议，据此，相关鑫苑地产公司同意按人民币29，334，247元的总代价向该集团成员公司转让该等标的物业。代价将透过（其中包括）抵销相关鑫苑地产公司及其各自的附属公司及联营公司结欠该集团的若干未偿还应收账款而偿付。
