Vitura Joint Venture to Acquire Assets from Owner of Medicinal Cannabis Clinic

Vitura Health (ASX:VIT) said that its joint venture, Flora Holdings, has signed a binding business sale Agreement to acquire key assets from MC Clinic Holdings (MCC), the owner of medical cannabis clinic Heyday Medical, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.

Flora will acquire Heyday's customer data, intellectual property, digital assets, and patient management systems for AU$350,000 in cash and 15% equity in Flora. MCC will assist in the transition for three months.

Vitura will contribute 50% of the funding and post-acquisition, the company will hold a 42.5% stake in Flora, with MCC owning 15%.
