　　广发证券（01776）公布，公司将于2025年5月21日（T日）至2025年 5月22日（T+1日）发行广发证券股份有限公司 2025 年面向专业投资者公开发行次级债券（第二期）。本期债券发行规模合计不超过人民币 50 亿元（含），分为两个品种，品种一发行期限为 3 年，品种二发行期限为 5 年。募集资金拟用于偿还到期公司债券。
