智通财经APP讯，汇森股份(02127)公布，2023年11月22日公司向赣州银行借款2.79亿元，抵押物为公司厂房及部分设备，贷款于2024年11月 22日到期，其中已陆续归还500万元，剩余2.74亿元未归还。赣州银行于 2025年1月22日向赣州市中级人民法院对该公司提起民事诉讼, 涉及其未能偿还总额达人民币2.74亿元的赣州银行贷款。
由于赣州银行提交的资料证据不足，法院于2025年3月14日以证据不足为由退回对方诉讼请求， 2025年4月28日赣州银行向法院提交补充材料，并提出延期还款时间(2025年8月30日前归还5000万元，2025年12月31日前归还剩余2.24亿元)，最终定于2025年5月21日开庭调解。
当地政府为了扶持当地实体企业，给予公司大力支持，成立助企纾困小组，协助该公司与银行商讨偿还期限的进一步延长。目前，诉讼对公司的业务运营和财务状况没有造成影响，赣州银行对公司亦没有采取任何强制措施，公司目前生产经营正常，设备及厂房均正常使用。公司及董事会于 2025年1月22日首次获悉赣州银行提起的民事诉讼。董事会经过评估认为，诉讼将不会对公司的业务运营和财务状况产生影响。董事会将持续关注诉讼进展。
此外，公司没有其他贷款违约和/或其他针对公司的索赔。公司已就股份恢复于联交所买卖向联交所作出申请，而股份将于 2025年5月 20日(星期二)上午9时正于联交所恢复买卖。
