--BT is considering selling its 50% stake in U.K. broadcaster TNT Sports to U.S. joint venture partner Warner Bros Discovery, the Financial Times reports, citing unnamed sources.

-- A deal could be announced this week when the London-listed group is set to release its full-year results. However, that timing remains uncertain depending on how negotiations progress, FT says.

--Warner Bros Discovery has an option to buy out BT before the end of next year, the newspaper adds.

---BT and WBD declined to comment to FT.
