标准库完整支持短向量元素级函数

性能优化方面，ISPC 1.27 在 AVX-512 架构下掩码加载 / 存储操作实现大幅提升（IT之家注：宣称约 10 倍提速）；AVX2 架构 packed_store_active2 指令效率提升：
