智通财经APP获悉，据报道，丰田工业(TYIDY.US)计划接受由丰田汽车(TM.US)、董事长丰田章男等人牵头的收购要约。消息人士透露，该公司正在筹备相关事宜，最快将于5月正式宣布这一决定。
丰田汽车在一份非承诺声明中写道：“我们一直在评估持有丰田集团股份的最优方案，但目前尚未作出任何决定。”
上月有报道称，丰田章男董事长提议以约6万亿日元(约合410亿美元)的价格收购丰田工业。若交易达成，这将成为日本汽车行业规模最大的整合案例之一，并可能通过巩固丰田汽车对其核心汽车零部件供应商的控制权，重塑日本最具影响力企业集团的组织架构。分析师指出，此项收购将为这家日本汽车巨头释放显著的协同效应。
