消息面上，近日，国家数据局综合司印发《数字中国建设2025年行动方案》。其中《行动方案》提出，到2025年底，数字中国建设取得重要进展。同时，《行动方案》还部署了8个方面的重大行动，其中包括“深度挖掘人工智能应用场景，积极开展人工智能高质量数据集建设。着力发展智能网联新能源汽车、人工智能手机和电脑、智能机器人等新一代智能终端及智能制造装备。”随着人工智能技术成熟，其发展对数字中国建设具有深远影响，体现在推动经济转型升级、提升社会治理效能、优化公共服务水平、驱动科技创新发展等方面。
