5月19日金融一线消息，金融壹账通日前发布公告，与要约人铂煜有限公司联合宣布，拟以协议安排方式将公司私有化。一经批准及实行，需以现金向计划股东支付注销价，撤销金融壹账通于港交所、纽交所的上市地位。每股计划股份注销价为2.068港元，较最后交易日收市价溢价约23.10%。
