智通财经APP讯，宁德时代(03750)发布公告，整体协调人(代表国际承销商)于2025年5月20日悉数行使招股章程所述的超额配股权，涉及合共2033.67万股H股，占全球发售项下可供认购的发售股份总数(经计及发售量调整权获悉数行使后但于超额配股权获任何行使前)的约15.0%。因超额配股权获行使而将予发行的H股(超额配股权股份)将由本公司按每股H股263.00港元配发及发行。超额配股权股份将用于促成向承配人交付部分H股，该等承配人已同意延迟交付彼等根据全球发售所认购的相关H股。
联交所已批准超额配股权股份上市及买卖。超额配股权股份预期将于2025年5月23日上午九时正开始在联交所主板上市及买卖。
