5月19日金融一线消息，中信银行今日发布关于2025年二级资本债券（第一期）（债券通）发行完毕的公告。公告指出，中信银行此次发行的2025年二级资本债券（第一期）（债券通）（以下简称“本期债券”）已于2025年5月15日簿记建档，并于2025年5月19日在全国银行间债券市场发行完毕。

　　中信银行表示，本期债券发行规模为人民币400亿元，品种为10年期固定利率债券，在第5年末附有条件的发行人赎回权，票面利率为1.99%。本期债券的募集资金将依据适用法律和主管部门的批准全部用于补充本行二级资本，优化资本结构，促进业务稳健发展。
