智通财经APP讯，中联发展控股(00264)公布，于2025年4月22日，公司间接非全资附属公司法氢新能源(深圳)有限公司与中集集电(广东)科技发展有限公司就(其中包括)可能就制氢相关业务成立合营企业订立不具法律约束力的策略合作框架协议。
根据策略框架协议，订约方将共同进行小立方米阴离子交换膜(AEM)电解器的技术测试及试产，并将于中华人民共和国成立中集合营企业，由法氢深圳附属公司及策略伙伴分别持有51%及49%权益。
根据策略框架协议，法氢深圳附属公司将提供AEM电解器及核心原材料，而策略伙伴将为电解器的组装、模组化、后处理系统及维护提供支援及解决方案。中集合营企业拟开发中国及海外的AEM电解器及硷性电解器市场。订约方将凭借各自在制氢方面的技术知识，发挥协同效应，创造双赢局面，进一步提升彼等在业界的市场地位。
