智通财经APP讯，一品红(300723.SZ)公告，公司全资子公司广州瑞奥生物医药科技有限公司(简称“瑞奥生物”)与合作方Arthrosi Therapeutics,Inc.(简称“Arthrosi”)签订《关于广州瑞安博医药科技有限公司之股权转让协议》，瑞奥生物拟以自有资金680万美元受让公司控股子公司广州瑞安博医药科技有限公司(简称：“广州瑞安博”)少数股东Arthrosi 15.25%的股权。交易完成后，公司全资子公司瑞奥生物持有广州瑞安博的股权比例将由84.75%上升至100.00%，广州瑞安博变为公司全资子公司。
据悉，实施该事项旨在提高公司持有创新药AR882的中国区市场权益及推动AR882高效研发和快速上市。
