自研3nm芯片量产！用户喊话雷军：希望小米产品都用上 还有汽车
快科技5月20日消息，今天雷军在社交媒体上宣布，自研3nm芯片已经大规模量产，这引来了网友的围观。
按照雷军的说法，高端旗舰手机小米15S Pro和小米平板7 Ultra会率先搭载玄戒O1芯片。
而从配图上来看，小米15S Pro这款手机的意义非凡，是小米15周年纪念版。
对于小米这款战略意义的重大产品，不少用户也是在雷军微博下发帖，称希望以后所有米家产品，包括汽车都用上自研的芯片。
雷军称，四年多时间，截止今年4月底，玄戒累计研发投入已经超过了135亿人民币。目前，研发团队已经超过了2500人，今年预计的研发投入将超过60亿元。
“这个体量在目前国内半导体设计领域，无论是研发投入，还是团队规模，都排在行业前三。“如果没有巨大的决心和勇气，如果没有足够的研发投入和技术实力，玄戒走不到今天。”
为什么小米芯片可以用3nm工艺，就在这个晶体管数量，原因在这。
