据央视新闻报道，当地时间5月20日，美国企业家埃隆·马斯克称仍致力于在五年内担任特斯拉首席执行官，除非他去世。

据环球时报报道，在20日举行的卡塔尔经济论坛视频采访中，这位亿万富翁明确表示，自己将致力于在2030年前继续执掌特斯拉，“除非我死了。”

在接受彭博社采访时，马斯克语气强硬，称他对特拉华州围绕其高额薪酬方案的法律纠纷并不担忧，并坚信该案件不会影响其未来的报酬安排。

马斯克指出，与数十亿美元的薪酬相比，自己更在意对特斯拉的控制权：“这不是钱的问题，而是对公司未来保持合理控制的问题，特别是当我们可能将要制造数百万、甚至数十亿个人形机器人的时候。”

央视新闻援引《华尔街日报》4月30日报道，由于特斯拉公司股价下跌以及一些投资者对马斯克关注白宫的举动感到不满，特斯拉董事会开始认真考虑寻找马斯克的继任者。据知情人士透露，董事会成员联系了多家猎头公司，试图寻找特斯拉下一任首席执行官。

特斯拉董事长罗宾·丹霍姆在该消息传出后表示，今天早些时候，有媒体错误报道称，特斯拉董事会已联系猎头公司开始寻找首席执行官人选，这“完全不属实”。特斯拉的首席执行官是埃隆·马斯克，董事会对他继续执行令人振奋的增长计划的才能，充满信心。
