康菲石油（ConocoPhillips）首席执行官瑞安・兰斯（Ryan Lance）周二表示，若油价维持当前水平，美国页岩油产量将趋于平稳；若油价跌至 50 多美元 / 桶区间，产量将开始下降。

　　兰斯在多哈举行的卡塔尔经济论坛上表示：“页岩油盈亏平衡成本可能变化不大。从长期来看，如果油价处于舒适区间 —— 比如 70 美元左右，或 65-75 美元，美国页岩油仍将实现温和增长。”

　　“但我们预计，除非该行业出现另一项技术突破，否则美国页岩油产量可能在本世纪末进入平台期。不过别轻易质疑我们行业的潜力。”

　　卡塔尔能源大臣萨阿德・卡比（Saad al-Kaabi）与兰斯同台发言时指出，若油价跌破 60 美元 / 桶，投资将减少，全球能源需求也将无法满足。

　　他补充称，作为全球最大液化天然气（LNG）出口国之一，卡塔尔 “完全不担心” LNG 供应过剩问题。
