智通财经APP讯，万国数据-SW(09698)公布2025年第一季度业绩，净收入同比增加12.0%至27.232亿元。毛利为6.448亿元，同比增加23.7%。净利润为约7.64亿元，同比扭亏为盈;经调整EBITDA同比增长16.1%至13.238亿元。
截至2025年3月31日，签约及预签约的总面积为649,561平方米，同比增加6.7%。计费面积为462,423平方米，同比增加14.6%。运营面积的计费率为75.7%(2024年3月31日：73.5%)。
万国数据主席兼首席执行官黄伟先生表示：“2025 年第一季度，我们一如既往聚焦战略执行，实现了稳健的运营和财务业绩。我们坚持在审慎选择新订单的同时，全力推进交付已签约未计费面积。我们斩获横跨两地的超大规模新订单，表明在人工智能发展的推动下，一线市场需求呈现日益增长态势。”
