格隆汇5月20日｜据英国《金融时报》，招聘平台Handshake在2024年7月至2025年4月中旬发布的职位数量，比上一学年同期下降了15%。美国全国大学和雇主协会去年8月和9月调查的雇主曾预测，企业今年招聘的毕业生将比2024年多7.3%，但到了今年3月，这一预期已降至0.6%。美国劳工统计局数据也显示，美国今年前三个月的新入职员工只占总就业人数的3.4%，是十多年来最低的一次。荷兰国际集团(ING)首席国际经济师奈特利警告，毕业生招聘放缓可能是整体劳动力市场出现问题的早期迹象，因为企业“首先放弃的就是招聘初级人员”。
